Gjorgji Abadžiev

Gjorgji Abadžiev (Macedonian: Ѓорѓи Абаџиев;Bulgarian: Георги Абаджиев;Serbian: Đorđi Abadžiev) was a prosaist and publicist from the region of Macedonia. He was born in Dojran on October 7, 1910. From 1918 to 1948 he emigrated in Bulgaria. Later he moved to SR Macedonia (today Republic of Macedonia) where he became one of the fathers of Macedonism. Abadžiev died on August 2, 1963 in Skopje.
