Greetings! I'm just an ordinary editor here on Wikipedia. It's a great resource, and I hope to contribute in whatever small manner I can. Due to disenchantment with some of the policies (or more accurately, how they are being used), I'm pretty much done with attempting to improve articles; I am instead rededicated to vandal fighting.

I have worked as a Cobol mainframe programmer and as a systems analyst. I have also previously done a stint as a cashier and a bagger in a grocery store, but that really isn't all that relevant!

I've played a number of Role-Playing Games over time, as well as a few wargames and tabletop games. I started RPG's with Star Frontiers, and moved on to Dungeons & Dragons. I've played assorted other games sporadically (Toon and Paranoia remain a pair of favorites), but I keep coming back to D&D. I've also enjoyed good games of Diplomacy and Titan in the past, and of course I have always been a fan of the classic games like Monopoly.

I have always been interested in computer RPGs, but I've also enjoyed first-person shooters, strategy games, and recently MMORPGs. My recent gaming interests have been heavy with City of Heroes, with a smaller amount of time spent in Star Wars Galaxies. Games I've abandoned for various reasons are World of Warcraft Lord of the Rings Online; not enough hours in a day.

The fantasy and science-fiction genre has always been my preferred reading, although I've also been known to pick up other books (Tom Clancy, for example). I also have read a number of comic books, primarily Marvel Comics, although I have read trade paperbacks from DC Comics.

Movies I have seen recently: Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End, Spider-Man 3, 300 (You can tell how often I get out to see movies).
Television shows I watch regularly: Battlestar Galactica, Heroes.
[edit] Current Wikipedia Activity
Most of time on Wikipedia has been centered on dealing with vandalism via the Recent Changes Patrol. I put in some time cleaning up the article Lightsaber Combat after its AfD discussion in March 2007 (mainly because nobody else was stepping up to do it); of course, that was before WP:FICT was changed.
