This stub article has been initiated as part of a move or possible merge suggestion .. aimed at:

i. improving Wikipedia's current represention of this subject matter (increasingly significant in government plus institutional response to a globally warming future) ..

ii. providing a place, reason, and opportunity to transform and tidy up to Wikipedia quality standards, some existing Wikipedia articles (see linked within the article) on the subject.

I'm certain there are others more specialised and knowledgable about the subject, who could do much better and greatly expand on existing references etc .. and I please urge such people to make these changes! Bruceanthro (talk) 01:09, 13 March 2008 (UTC)
