Gissur Ísleifsson

Gissur Ísleifsson (1042 - 1118) was an Icelandic clergyman, who became the second bishop of Iceland from (1082 – 1118) , following the adoption of Christianity in 1000 A.D. He served in the diocese of Skálholt.
