This is a list of albums attributed to the anime adaptation of Kashimashi: Girl Meets Girl. The first music album released was an image song single entitled "Compass: Egao no Yukue" released on December 21, 2005. The album contained two songs sung as trios by Kana Ueda, Yui Horie, and Yukari Tamura which were later featured in the anime series as insert songs played during an episode. The next two releases on January 25, 2006 were maxi singles entitled "Koisuru Kokoro" by Eufonius and "Michishirube" by Yūmao containing the anime's opening theme and ending theme respectively. Another image song album followed on April 5, 2006 called Norte Amour containing songs sung by Kana Ueda, Yui Horie, Yukari Tamura, Masumi Asano, and Ryōko Shintani. The anime's original soundtrack was released on April 26, 2006. The last album was a drama CD released on May 10, 2006 featuring most of the cast from the anime.

"Compass: Egao no Yukue" (コンパス ~笑顔の行方~, Konpasu ~Egao no Yukue~?) is a maxi single from the Kashimashi anime containing image songs sung by three of the voice actresses from the anime adaptation. The song "Hanaemi to Kasumisō" was used as an insert song in episode seven of the anime version while "Compass: Egao no Yukue" was used as an insert song in episode nine.[4]

The Kashimashi ~Girl Meets Girl~ Original CD Drama (かしまし~ガール・ミーツ・ガール~CDドラマ, Kashimashi ~Girl Meets Girl~ Original CD Drama?) was released on May 10, 2006 by Lantis. Ten of the voice actors from the anime also provided their voices for their respective characters in the drama CD. The plot for the drama CD was written to link chronologically with the anime between the final aired episode, and the original video animation episode.[6]
