GiraEnLaRed, Grupo Internacional de Reporteros Adolescentes en la Red (International Group of Online Adolescent Reporters) is a Spanish-language association of young journalists based in Venezuela.
It seeks to educate, to inform and to entertain. It allows student journalists and student newspapers to network and to share their articles and photographs, and to counterbalance their exclusion from mainstream journalism.
It was founded in 2003 by Luis Espinoza Morillo (who was then 20 years of age), from Maracaibo, State Zulia, Venezuela.
