Giovanni Marracci (1637-1703) was an Italian painter of the Baroque period, who trained in Rome in the studio of Pietro da Cortona, but worked independently in Lucca and neighboring towns. Among his masterpieces is a Coronation of Santa Teresa (now in Museo Nazionale di Villa Guinigi, Lucca). He also frescoed the cupola of the chapel of Sant'Ignazio in the church of San Giovanni in Lucca.
