Giovanni Bernardo Carboni

Giovanni Bernardo Carboni (1614-1683) was an Italian painter of the Baroque period. He was He was born in Albaro, near Genoa. He became a pupil of Giovanni Andrea de' Ferrari, and was both as an historical and portrait painter in the manner of Van Dyck. He died at Genoa.
