Giotto Bizzarrini

Giotto Bizzarrini (born: June 6, 1926) is an Italian automobile engineer active from the 1950s through 1970s.
Born in Livorno, he was chief engineer at Ferrari in the 1950s, working on such notables as the Ferrari 250 GTO. He split from the company in a major upheval in 1961, forming his own Bizzarrini company in 1963. Bizzarini also worked for other makers including Iso, Lamborghini, and Alfa Romeo. A series of concept cars in the 2000s bear his name.
He had helped Ferruccio and Enzo in making their V12 engines in their ferraris and lamborghinis when they needed help. He had started with Enzo Ferrari and then when Ferruccio Lamborghini had made the deal with Enzo Ferrari, he had helped Ferruccio as he had experienced making a V12 engine with Enzo before.
