Gioia Sannitica is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Caserta in the Italian region Campania, located about 50 km northeast of Naples and about 30 km northeast of Caserta. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,656 and an area of 54.0 km².[1]
The municipality of Gioia Sannitica contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Gioia, Carattano, Calvisi, Criscia, Curti, Caselle, Auduni, and Madonna del Bagno.
