n 2006 the Ginetta Cars company was sold to the LNT Group. However a new company called Ginetta Racing Ltd was formed. Since 1990 the company has had a checquered company history listed at Company House.
We now have several companies owned by different people building Ginettas!

GKD build the EVOLUTION (based on the G27)
Ginetta Cars build the G20
Ginetta Racing build some of the G20 race cars
