and have the permission of the artist to use the image in relation to the article I've written. His only stipulation was that it was properly credited. He has had tens of thousands of prints of similar images published by several publishing companies (including Wizard & Genius AG of Switzerland, 1997) and distributed throughout the world, so it's already in a very public domain.
