Gino Polidori

Gino H. Polidori is a politician from the State of Michigan. He is a member of the Michigan State House of Representatives. He is a Democrat and he represents the 15th district, which is located in Wayne County and includes the city of Dearborn.

[edit] Early life
Polidori attended Fordson High School. He received his bachelors degree from Wayne State University. He enlisted in the military in 1964. He served for two years. He was Dearborn's fire chief from 1974 through 1996. He is a current member and past president of the Dearborn Goodfellows, Italian American Fraternal Club, Dearborn Pioneers Club, the Fordson Varsity Alumni Club and the American Legion Post 364.

He served on the Dearborn City Council from 1996-2004. He was first elected to the House in 2004, and was re-elected in 2006. He serves as the Chairman of the Military and Veterans Affairs & Homeland Security Committee in the House, and is a member of the Education Committee, the Government Operations Committee, and the Insurance Committee.
