Gina Tognoni (born November 28, 1973 in St. Louis, Missouri) is an American actress.

Tognoni won Miss Rhode Island Teen USA in 1991 and Miss Rhode Island Teen All-American in 1993. In 1995, she was cast as Kelly Cramer on ABC's soap opera One Life to Live, a role she originated and portrayed to 2001. Tognoni returned to daytime television as Dinah Marler on CBS's Guiding Light in July 2004 and won her first Daytime Emmy in 2006 for her work on the soap. In 2007, she was nominated again in the same category but lost out to Genie Francis.

Tognoni formerly dated Guiding Light co-star Tom Pelphrey (Jonathan Randall) from 2004 to 2005.

Became engaged to Joseph Chiarello on November 21, 2007. She was introduced to him by her co-star Beth Ehlers.[1]
