[edit] Advertisement

I believe this article violates Wikipedia's NPOV and notability standards, and is really intended as a promotional vehicle for the management company enterprise featured; the inclusion in this article of a complete section featuring Cedar Fair's extensive listing of enterprises; theme parks, etc. that are clearly commercial in nature, its revenue and stock symbol as well as links to its purely promotional and commercial website are unnecessary and contraindicated.

The info box lists Cedar Fair Entertainment Company as the owner. Is this a misprint and/or is the 501(c)(3) status of Gilroy Gardens current?

The two references provided are not acceptable under Wikipedia's notability guidelines; they consist of a press release published online in a blog, and promotional material published in the online guidebook Ask.com.

In my opinion, this article is a masquerade for an advertisement for Cedar Fair Entertainment Company.Nickrz (talk) 15:00, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
