[edit] 'Hearn'
I remember reading somewhere that the 'Hearn' from the pseudonym she wrote Tales of the Otori under came from Lafcadio Hearn, which makes a lot more sense than being derived from herons. Could anyone shed some more light on this topic? Sivenus 10:29, 17 February 2007 (UTC)

- I've been told by Rubinstein (Hearn) that she picked the name for both reasons. LordAmeth 08:48, 25 June 2007 (UTC)
