Fair use as photo of Bob Gill during his active period as illustration for biographical article. The intent is to show him as he was as a jumper, the profession for which he is notable. The jumping career that ended in 1974.
A free image of Bob Gill pre-1974 would be extremely difficult to obtain and is not a viable option to illustrate the primary era covered in the article.
