Gill Township is one of nine townships in Sullivan County, Indiana. As of the 2000 census, its population was 965.

Gill Township covers an area of 61 square miles and contains one incorporated settlement, Merom. According to the USGS, it contains eleven cemeteries: Bennett, Burnett, Hollenback, Massey, Milam, Mount Zion, Old French, Parson, Pirtle, South and Webb.
