Giles Goschen, 4th Viscount Goschen

Giles John Harry Goschen, 4th Viscount Goschen (born November 16, 1965) is a British politician who succeeded as 4th Viscount Goschen in 1977.
He was Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Transport in, and the youngest member of, the British Government led by John Major. In 1999 he was among the Conservative hereditary peers elected to remain in the House of Lords, the youngest chosen by any party group.
