Gil e firdaus

Gil e firdaus is a thick Kheer made of milk and seviyan. Its part of Hyderabadi cuisine.

The Hyderabadi derivative takes the kheer to unmatched pinnacles — gil e firdaus, literally translated as the clay of paradise, indeed does justice to its name.
