Gideon Meir

Gideon Meir (Hebrew: גדעון מאיר‎) has served as the ambassador of Israel to Italy since his appointment on July 7, 2006.[1]

He was Deputy Director-General for media and public affairs in the Israeli Foreign Ministry up to November, 2006, and previously Minister Plenipotentiary (DCM-Deputy Chief of Mission) at the Israeli embassy in London.
