Talk:Giant danio
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In captivity the Giant Danio will usually accept most foods. It is a peaceful fish that gets along well with other fish in community tanks. It is often used to "start" aquariums, although it is not as popular as the smaller, and very hardy, Zebra danio.
This information conflicts with my personal experience, where they were relatively aggressive, but hardier than the zebras. Mine may have been an abberant case (hence leaving the information intact), but I'd be more comfortable with a more explicit citation for these items. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Spyforthemoon (talk • contribs) 2006-10-24T15:44:39 (UTC)
