Do we need a Dungeons and Dragons game reference? The concept of a giant in the game is not different from the concept of a giant in common mythology.

I'm disappointed that the page for "Giantess" has apparently been deleted and redirected here. The giantess concept has its own context and cultural significance outside of the traditional context of a giant. Especially in the late 20th century, it's been used in films, television, comics, and popular culture as a symbol of female empowerment. It also has a context within human sexuality as a subset of the macrophilia fetish. This seems significant enough to have its own article. Are there really no verifiable sources for these contexts?
