[edit] Incoherent item removed

The job of an exorcist is to exorcise people. I deleted "He helped Rome's lead appointed exorcist Father Gabriele Amorth in 1999 in the exorcism of a nineteen year old woman who the next day was exorcised by Pope John Paul II." because either he did or he didn't exorcise this poor girl: if he did, what's the Pope have to do with it? and if the Pope did, then Fr. Gramolazzo did not. Something's incomprehensible. — Bill 22:24, 25 Oct 2004 (UTC)

Apparently you don't know much about the subject matter that's why you find it incomprehensible. Pitchka 22:34, Oct 25, 2004 (UTC)
You'd be surprised how much I do know about it, in fact. But the way that's written, it makes no sense at all. I even tried translating it back into Italian mentally, thinking you might be Italian, therefore the poor English. Try saying it some other way (and it's always best not to impugn people personally.) — Bill 23:35, 25 Oct 2004 (UTC)
My comment stands, if you do not known that often times people have to under go multiple exorcisms sometimes over many years time, then you really don't know much about the Catholic rite. I'm not saying I know a lot about it, but from reading Father Amorth I know that much. The linked article tells the same info, I didn't even write the original article, it was started in July, I corrected the spelling and transfered it to the current article. As far as your last comment you have a pretty big nerve after making snide remarks on a deletion page, "nuff said: Pitch(ka) this." I assume you're following my edits around now for some bizarre reason, have fun and Pitchka this! Pitchka 17:02, Oct 26, 2004 (UTC)

Wrong on all kinds of counts. Not following any of your pages, that one item came up on Vfd, and really deserved a delete: that has nothing to do with any of your other stuff, which I haven't seen. The Gramolazzo page I bumped into while adding categories. Now I notice you haven't added back some explanatory sentence: all it needs is a rewrite: I'd do it myself, but I just don't understand what you want to write. Now take all the energy you've wasted on attacking me for ignorance, and write a coherent sentence! (Let's say I did know nothing at all about exorcism: your article should teach me something. If I don't understand it, it doesn't.) No big deal, just write something clear.... Anyhoo, enough of all this. I'm not watching any more, except of course whatever may come up on Vfd. — Bill 17:51, 26 Oct 2004 (UTC)
