Gianfranco Pandolfini (born February 16, 1920 - died January 3, 1997) was an Italian water polo player who competed in the 1948 Summer Olympics.
He was part of the Italian team which won the gold medal. He played five matches.
His twinbrother Tullio was also a member of the team and played two matches.
