Giacomo Tedesco (born January 2, 1976 in Palermo) is an Italian football (soccer) midfielder who currently plays for Catania of Italy's Serie A.

His brother, Giovanni Tedesco, plays for U.S. Città di Palermo, also in Serie A, and the Sicilian rivals. He also played with Giovanni during 1997-98 season at Salernitana.

His last name literally translates into "German".
