GI Partners L.P. (fka "Global Innovation Partners") is a private equity firm based in Menlo Park, California and London, England.

The firm invests in existing asset-intensive businsses in the United States and Western Europe, where it acquires controlling interests in well-managed cash-positive operations. With $2 billion of capital under management, GI Partners owns assets ranging from chains of pubs in Britain to nursing homes and wineries in California.[1] Other holdings include data centers, real estate, and telecommunications.
