Gho Manhasan is a town and a notified area committee in Jammu district in the state of Jammu & Kashmir, India.

As of 2001 India census[1], Gho Manhasan had a population of 3709. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Gho Manhasan has an average literacy rate of 67%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 74%, and female literacy is 60%. In Gho Manhasan, 12% of the population is under 6 years of age.
