Although this is a copyrighted image, this image is covered by fair use because of the following:

1. No free or public domain images have been located for this single.
2. The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the single in any way.
3. Get Low is a very significant song of the crunk genre, and reached noticeable popularity by peaking at #2 in the Billboard Hot 100. This is the artwork, intended by TVT Records for wide distribution. As such, it has future historical significance, and is a more appropriate choice than any other image available.
4. This image is used on various websites, so its use on Wikipedia does not make it significantly more accessible or visible than it already is. The cover is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the original single in any way.
