GESS is a computer program for analyzing gene expression data obtained from microarrays. NCSS LLC is the name of the company that produces GESS. NCSS LLC also produces PASS (Power Analysis and Sample Size) and NCSS (for general statistical analysis).

GESS (Gene Expression Statistical System) supports Affymetrix, GenePix, Agilent, generic two-channel and generic expression platforms.
