[edit] SdKfz.302 Goliath

Didn't know where to put this so i'll put it here.

The Goliath was a wire controlled tracked vehicle that was a anti-tank weapon.I didn't see it in the German template and to be honest I don't know where to put it,The info is a little scant so it might be better of in a existing article.

I added the varients used for various Panzer models; for example, Panzer III (37) has been changed to Panzer III A-F.
