This article says that he was born in Canton, while other sources list his birthplace as Philadelphia. Which is correct? Keekee 19:09, 16 November 2006 (UTC)

Allmusic.com lists it as Cleveland. I'd go with that, since it's a pretty reliable source, until we come up with something stronger. | Mr. Darcy talk 19:40, 16 November 2006 (UTC)
