I highly doubt the claims made by the caption of this picture, for a couple of reasons:
- It is commonly said that Hitler only left Germany once, and that was his tour of Paris
- can we have any sources to back up such claims of the actions during the parade? as it clearly villifies the Germans.

- Commonly said... [1], [2], [3]. Ask Halibutt about the source of parade details. Nazis don't need to be villified, Jadger... -- Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus | talk 18:56, 16 March 2007 (UTC)
Ah yes, the General Government was not technically a separate country from Germany, so technically he never did leave Germany to go there. hmm, my bad. I didn't say Nazis shouldn't be villified, I said all Germans shouldn't be villified, to be German you don't have to be a Nazi. why did you equate Germans with Nazis? Freudian slip perhaps?

- There were other trips. Hitler visited Finland in June, 1942 to wish Mannerheim happy birthday personally ([4]), he me with Franco on the Spanish-French border at Hendaye in October, 1940 [5].
- There was also a week long state visit to Italy in 1938 [6].
- There were also the 3 months in total he spent in 1942/1943 in his advanced headquarters near Vinnytsia [7]

I could cite sources that says he only went to Paris, but then again, we have many reliable sources on both sides, who to believe? and I was referring to during the war, not before it, because it is pretty obvious the leader of a nation will go on diplomatic tours of other countries.
Your comment smacks of incivility, I would prefer if you don't insult me like that and adhere to wikipedia policy.

- Please cite the sources that say he only went to Paris, otherwise stop wasting our time. Balcer 17:43, 17 March 2007 (UTC)
Please, civility. Unfortunately on a Holiday like today the library is not open so I cannot go and get the books. You'll have to wait a day, is that okay? If you can't wait 24 hours, perhaps you could research Hitler's trip to Paris yourself.
