Self made using the following public domain map as template http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Soviet_Sector_Germany.png Purpose is to depict the German political situation in 1949, with West Germany, East Germany, the Saar protectorate, the Ruhr area under economic control of the International Authority for the Ruhr, and the eastern quarter of Germany under de-facto annexation by the Allies of WW-II although not legally recognized as so by West Germany at this time.
