Gertrude Hawk

Gertrude Hawk is a chocolate company in Dunmore, PA. Started by Gertrude Hawk after her father's death.

Gertrude Hawk manufactures Frangos, [1] and Ben and Jerry's shaped chocolates for ice-cream (i.e. the fish in Phish Food and the cows in Bovine Divine)[citation needed].
