Gerry Fisher, B.S.C. is an English cinematographer who was born in London on 23 June 1926. Before working as a cinematographer he was a cameraman. His career spanned six decades and well over a hundred films. He was twice nominated for a BAFTA Award for Best Cinematography, in 1972 for The Go-Between, and in 1977 for Aces High. In 1976 Fisher was nominated for the Best Cinematography Award by the British Society of Cinematographers, again for Aces High. In 1977 he was nominated in the César Awards for Best Cinematography for Monsieur Klein.
