Gerry Couture

Gerry Couture (born August 6, 1925 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan) is a retired a Canadian ice hockey centre.

Couture started his National Hockey League career with the Detroit Red Wings in 1944. He would also play for the Montreal Canadiens and Chicago Black Hawks. He left the NHL after the 1954 season. He played in the minors the rest of his career before retiring from hockey after 1960. He won the Stanley Cup in 1950 with the Detroit Red Wings.
