Gerrie Mühren

Gerardus ("Gerrie") Demonicus Hyacinthus Maria Mühren (born 2 February 1946 in Volendam, Noord-Holland) is a former Dutch football player.
He was a talented midfield player who won three European Cup titles with Ajax Amsterdam in the early 1970s, after having started his career at FC Volendam. He played for Ajax Amsterdam between 1968 and 1976. He later played for Real Betis and Seiko in Hong Kong. He was capped by Holland for 10 games. His younger brother, Arnold Mühren, was also a notable football player for Holland, Ipswich Town, Manchester United and Ajax Amsterdam.
