Germán Arciniegas

Germán Arciniegas (Born December 6, 1900 in Bogotá, died November 29, 1999) was a Colombian essayist and historian. Arciniegas wrote over 50 books and many columns in the Colombian newspaper El Tiempo and also taught at Columbia University in New York.
