Gerard Heinz

Gerard Heinz (2 January 1904 – 20 November 1972) was born Gerhard Hinze in Hamburg, Germany. He later moved to England, where he changed his name to Gerard Heinz. He appeared in almost 60 movies (including Caravan), and a number of stage productions.

After a relationship with Joan Rodker, John Rodker's daughter, resulting in one son, Ernest, he married the actress Mary Kenton.
