Gerald Hayes (born October 10, 1980) is a linebacker currently playing for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League. In 2005, he had to sit out his third season after he injured his knee in training camp. Other than that, he has played his entire career with Arizona.
Hayes played his high school football at Passaic County Technical Institute.[1] He attended college at the University of Pittsburgh.
On April 18, 2006, he signed a one-year qualifying offer on playing his 4th season with the Cardinals. [2]

Hayes attended the University of Pittsburgh and was an Administration of Justice Major and a letterman in football. In football, he was a three-time All-Big East Conference selection and finished his college football career with 387 total tackles, 13.5 sacks, and two interceptions.
