Hey George, nice to meet one more compatriot here. You might also wish to check Portal:Georgia and monitor new articles announced there. Cheers, --Kober 17:31, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
გაუმარჯოს, really weird to stumble on a fellow Georgian on Wikipedia, especially considering your excellent knowledge of English (I read your contributions). Thanks for the link to the portal, I'll try to concentrate on improving Georgian-related subjects more diversely now, especially sports-related. --GeorgeTopouria 18:36, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
- Thank you. Well, trying my best... I wish my English was better though. I have not been anywhere outside Georgia and have had very little chance to converse with English speakers. I mostly edit the articles pertaining to Georgia's history. I'm currently working on a series of articles on the Soviet period. --Kober 19:00, 10 November 2006 (UTC)
Might I ask where you learned English? Was it private lessons or simply a school elective? --GeorgeTopouria 09:45, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
- Howdy George. Sorry for replying so late. It was basically my school elective + reading a lot. Thanks, Kober 07:17, 13 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Welcome to the AMA!
Hello GeorgeTopouria, I see that you have decided to join the AMA. I'll be the first to say welcome! We're always in need of more advocates, especially since were backlogged most of the time. Just a few pointers for what we do. We communicate by putting a template on our talk page. The template is {{AMA alerts}}. The AMA also has it's own IRC channel which reports new cases to us, and also new alerts. If you'd like to jump right into a case, you are free to check out WP:AMARQ, which is our new request for advocacy system. The instructions for how the technical part works is on it's talk page. You can also use the AMA userboxes that appear under here. If you have anymore questions about the organization, just ping any advocates talk page, including our coordinator, Steve Caruso. Again, welcome to the AMA! -Royalguard11(Talk·Desk·Review Me!) 18:23, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
Thank you for your warm welcome, I've already set up an alert template on my userpage and fully ready for any case assigned to me (I've already posted a message on Steven's talkpage). --GeorgeTopouria 18:35, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Accelerated Christian Education
Hi GeorgeTopouria,
I notice that you have edited Accelerated Christian Education or Talk:Accelerated Christian Education. You may be aware that this article was tagged for clean up in September. I have started a rewrite of this article at Accelerated Christian Education/draft. Please take this opportunity to make improvements to this artlce.
Also note that material about the administration of the ACE curriculum in schools should be included in a new article at School of Tomorrow, not in the Accelerated Christian Education article.

[edit] Image:TopMoller2 Geogria.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:TopMoller2 Geogria.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{Replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
- On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that any fair use images which are replaceable by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --Chowbok ☠ 18:55, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Kakheti Telav2.gif)
Thanks for uploading Image:Kakheti Telav2.gif. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Fritz S. (Talk) 16:46, 26 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Kako Topouria
The article Kako Topouria has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article seemed to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.
Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Also, see WP:COI. NawlinWiki 03:31, 28 January 2007 (UTC)

Hello there. I have made a few changes to Portal:Atheism including adding some of the subpages. I will get back to it when time permits (after exams in a few weeks). Alan Liefting 02:51, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Image copyright problem with Image:50lari.jpg
Thank you for uploading Image:50lari.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. Butko 13:05, 1 October 2007 (UTC)

You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:5tetri.gif
Thanks for uploading Image:5tetri.gif. You've indicated that the image meets Wikipedia's criteria for non-free content, but there is no explanation of why it meets those criteria. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. If you have any questions, please post them at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions.
Thank you for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 15:02, 21 April 2008 (UTC)
