[edit] Sovereign Grace Ministries
I have deleted your last edit here. Even though it was source I find (as a non-partisan observer) that it crossed the rule that Wikipedia should be written from a neutral point of view. Whateve you think that you are "led to believe" should be left out of articles. Please talk with me if you disagree. Cheers, Berg Drop a Line ޗ pls 19:56, 3 March 2008 (UTC)
- As you are a party regarding this article, I would ask that you give a statement here. I am attempting some informal mediation, and I would ask that all parties be civil. The page has been fully protected for one week, in an attempt to solve this dispute. You can also post a message on my talk page. Regards, Steve Crossin (talk) 21:48, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Mediation
Just a note, I have made a recommendation on the Sovereign Grace talk page, I recommend you review it. Please, I must stress, my recommendation is not binding, only the Arbitration Committee can make binding decisions. That said, I have done my best to make a fair recommendation, and I would like you to review this, and give your comments below my statement. Thanks again, Steve Crossin (talk) 23:58, 14 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Joshua Harris
I had actually already listened to that sermon several times before we even had the discussion. I'm not conceding the argument, I just really do not want to spend the energy arguing about it. -- Jwinters | Talk 19:44, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
1) To clarify, he has addressed problems in his church. In the sermon which you referred me to, he talks about it. 2) I did not say it's not worth the energy. I said that I did not want to spend the energy. The reason I don't want to spend the energy is because I am much busier now than I was several months ago and just about every one of the 168 hours God gives me every week are spoken for. As a result, arguing on wikipedia over what Joshua Harris intended, or over what he wrote or spoke about, is just not a priority in my life. There are things one the Internet that I disagree with, people's opinions that I disagree with, and I cannot expect to change every one of them. I don't mean in any way to insult you or to imply that I am somehow better than you, because I'm not. I just believe at this point that continuing to argue would be futile, since both of our minds seem to be set on this matter. -- Jwinters | Talk 17:59, 9 May 2008 (UTC)
