[edit] Copyright problem?
Another wikipedian removed the factors from Saiid Farhi's Summary of Evidence (ARB) memo.
I missed the explanation they put in their edit summary, because they then made a second excision with the edit summary "more".
I believe excision, on copyright grounds, is a mistake. Memos drafted by US intelligence officials clearly are in the public domain, because they are the work of employees of US Federal Government employees, in the performance of their duties. It is properly referenced. It is not a copyright violation.
