[edit] Sure
I'm happy to help. The first step is determining what you want to do in your new project. What do you want to do? Hipocrite - «Talk» 19:35, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
Also, if you really want to come across as trying to work with the community rather than fight it, you should remove the undeletion request - I will promise you right now it is doomed to failure, and will serve only to escalate things and make it harder for us to work towards a project that does what you want done - regardless of what it is you want done. Hipocrite - «Talk» 19:40, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
- I understand what you were referring to. Esparanza was many things. Which one of those things would you like to recreate first? Like a someone recently said, the best way to eat an entire elephant is a bite at a time. Hipocrite - «Talk» 19:42, 5 January 2007 (UTC)

- My understanding was that the coffee lounge was a chat board. I'd like to warn you that a chat board is highly unlikley to survive substantial review. Can I point you, instead, at http://www.wikia.com, where you can Start a new wiki, which you can then point people at - you can recreate Esparanza in-toto there, without anyone complaining at all. What do you think? Hipocrite - «Talk» 19:50, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
- If you're sure. I bet we could totally make the coffee lounge at wikia. You sure you don't want to give it a go? Hipocrite - «Talk» 19:58, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
- So we're gonna take a shot at wikia? Hipocrite - «Talk» 22:40, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
- Sorry for the spam, but there's a somewhat Esperanza-like-ish Wikia already at WikiSocial that would welcome the coffee lounge. -- Chris is me (u/c/t) 01:36, 8 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Re:Esperanza
Sure, I will. Keep up the good work, Geo. Esperanza needs people like you. By the way, a user named Feureau gave me a userbox: {{User:Feureau/UserBox/EsperanzaReturns}}. Use it if you like. Cheers! Zacharycrimsonwolf 13:14, 14 November 2006 (UTC) 10:55, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
yes, geo thanks for seeing my point. i am very new here. now you say there can be a 'community block' how does that work? and who blocks people in general? anyhow as u can probably see my big sin was making a good faith change. thanks raspor 19:16, 7 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] "bad and unwiki"
Please see Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#Ranks and hierarchies which discusses Wikipedia:Motto of the day. I think an offer to userfy (put on a user subpage) or change aspects thought to be " bad and unwiki" might be useful. WAS 4.250 11:41, 8 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Advocacy
Hi, Geo. Any more advice for me in your role as my advocate? I like the idea of mediation. It would be great if you could give me feedback on my further comments on the Advocacy page and advise me regarding whether Medcab or Mediation is best. Thanks. TimidGuy 12:33, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Freeping
Don't make jokes like this. Someone might take you seriously and we might be flooded with people coming only to argue about "bias" and "persecution". Guettarda 18:51, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] AMA
Thanks for letting me know. You'd have been a superb deputy I'm sure. :) Wikiwoohoo 19:11, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
- The same from me - thanks for telling me, and I too am sure that you'd make a great deputy. Thanks, :) Martinp23 21:45, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Re: MOTD
Thanks for the offer, but since Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents#Ranks and hierarchies], I don't see the need to have an official "status" such as overseer. I'll continue with maintenance, etc., but I don't think I need the title to help out. --Tewy 01:16, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
- What I mean is I don't care whether I'm an overseer or not, because I'll be doing the same things. --Tewy 02:32, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Alienus
For sockpuppetry, you can look at the page history of Objectivism, Ayn Rand, and homosexuality, Peace, Propaganda & the Promised Land, Ayn Rand Institute, etc. There are several other articles too, and I identified about 15 different IPs just around that time, along with his usual trolling and attacks. He had been doing it before, and looking at some of the page histories it appears he has been continuing. —Centrx→talk • 06:56, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Re:Esperanza
What? I just went away for a week and they had already deleted the Esperanza revival page? Aww, man! What do we do now? Can we make another page like that? Or do we go get some people to help us first, and THEN we re-edit the page? Zacharycrimsonwolf 13:14, 14 November 2006 (UTC) 06:08, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] WP:HOPE
What if we created a petition to bring back Esperanza and we got users to sign it and took it to capital hill? Regards and keep on fighting for Esperanza
[edit] Your outsiders view
Hello I have asked you to provide evidence for the claims you made regarding raspor here and also asked you to explain your motives for encouraging him to take the conflict offsite to Free Republic. Thanks! Mr Christopher 15:36, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Esperanza
Esperanza is being put back up for debate so hold of on everything for Pheonix right now and go help out on that debate. It looks like it's still going to stay deleted but it is worth a try to bring it back. Just go to the Esperanza page and they have a link to it. Why1991 14:04, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
- No, Esperanza is not being put up for debate, what's being put up for debate is whether the histories should be restored for admins. It's going to stay dead, and it's better that way. --Wooty Woot? contribs 05:44, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] To arms. Tell all. Call up the gang.
Wikipedia:Deletion review/Wikipedia:Esperanza. Esperanza can be saved. To arms. Lock and load. I am going in. Ye ha. Regards and thanks for the video. Culverin? Talk 08:07, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
- Are you going to try start phoenix? Would would it be like? A esp incarnation or a whole new project? Culverin? Talk 03:50, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Regarding my dispute with Sethie
Hi, Geo. Thanks for your recent comment on my Talk page. I guess I had the impression that having one place to discuss the dispute would be useful if I were to agree to an informal solution. But as you know, I ended up having second thoughts about that. Plus, I wasn't clear what the process would be. And Computerjoe didn't really explain what he had in mind. My feeling is that if I'm gong to get into a debate with Sethie regarding my allegations against him, I'd rather do it in the context of mediation. Sethie has backed off slightly, so the urgency of the situation has somewhat diminished -- again possibly due to initiating this process and openly discussion the issues. Which suggests that even just this step has helped a bit.
You've been very helpful. It wouldn't have occurred to me to go to mediation. I think you're right, especially given the battleground issue.
Right now I'm sort of putting it on hold. What do you think? TimidGuy 17:27, 19 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Re:Esperanza/Phoenix
Hi, Geo, its been some time. I don't have the time to check in on this frequently, but I would like to let you know that you have my support on this revival. Call upon me if you need any help in this. First of all, what should we do? Its not like we can sit and mourn for Esperanza, we have to do SOMETHING!!! By the way, how many people are supporting us on this? And, apparently, we musn't be doing this revival effort over here. Looks like we have to discuss this Esperanza's talk page. After we gather our ally editors, we FIGHT for Esperanza's revival, Phoenix. Oh, and, why did you choose the name Phoenix? Is it because a phoenix is reborn from its own ashes, and you want to make this organisation's name meaningful? Zacharycrimsonwolf 13:14, 14 November 2006 (UTC) 13:24, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
Ah, I get it. So the name suggests that this new organisation is from the remains of Esperanza...right, back to business. Is it just me or do every of the pages that you've created keeps getting deleted? Why? There's nothing wrong about it. A member's list? An Esperanza revival page? What's so wrong about them? Anyway, do you think that we should inform the other editors that we are supposed to do this revival stuff somewhere else? Zacharycrimsonwolf 13:14, 14 November 2006 (UTC) 07:51, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
Well, I would, if there wasn't another editor that also wants to do this. Fortunately/Unfortunately, Geo came up with an idea so, now I won't rest until Phoenix comes out. If you think Phoenix isn't going to help, could you please give your reasons? We would like to hear it.
-
- Geo, maybe you've heard it about a thousand times already but, you ask anything from me and, if it's in my reach, I will try to help you out. And Wooty? No hard feelings, ok? If I had hurt your feelings, I apologize. Cheers!! Zacharycrimsonwolf 13:14, 14 November 2006 (UTC) 11:51, 27 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Sethie
Sorry but have I missed something? You posted the message that a case had been referred for investigation but did not leave your name or anything else. Could you elaborate? Thanks. Wikiwoohoo 18:22, 29 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for letting me know. I will look into this matter. Wikiwoohoo 19:14, 29 January 2007 (UTC)

- Once I have statements from all three users, I will be able to form an opinion and complete my investigation. If there is anything you find that may be of use then please let me know. Thanks for all your help. Wikiwoohoo 21:12, 29 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] The Arbitration Team
Welcome to "The Arbitration Team" ("A-Team"??)! Hopefully this gets started soon with another member. I'll post a message on the AMA's talk page to drive more attention to the whole AMAT project and to our team too, of course. Any idea or suggestion to build this better and faster, just do it. Yours! --Neigel von Teighen 12:12, 30 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] 2ct7
I've almost finished with the complaint from Sethie but if you could provide me with a link to the 2ct7 request for advocate help then I'll have a quick look over it and decide whether I can take it. Thanks a lot! Wikiwoohoo 18:32, 31 January 2007 (UTC)
- Would you like to investigate this problem? If you have any problems, don't hesitate to contact me. Thanks for copying Sethies statement onto my talkpage too. Wikiwoohoo 18:42, 31 January 2007 (UTC) P.S. Don't say 'sorry to bother you': you're no bother at all. :)
