  • Most of these images are screen shots from a 60 minutes segment, about Omar Khadr.
  • I suspect that images remain in the public domain, even if someone from where it was rebroadcast tries to assert copyright.

  • These images were recorded by an unknown member of the Taliban in July 2002.
  • They were subsequently captured by GIs.
  • Is the copyright considered to still belong to the original Taliban member?
