[edit] Darker side?
82.124.81.25 recently added:
- Recently declassified documents by the FBI and the CIA shows a darker face of Georges Doriot. Since 1940 various agencies including the treauray departement, the FBI, the COI (then OSS), the Canadian Police the british MI5 and MI6 launched a series of investigations regarding the nazis and the Vichy connections of Georges Doriot. Doriot was accused of laundring Vichy's money and tarding with the nazis in the US. These documents are discussed in a book published in France by Fabrizio Calvi and Marc Masurovsky under the title "Le Festin du reich" (Fayard ed 2006).
I've excised this for now, partly because it's carelessly written and partly because I really think we need a better citation if we're going to include this new material in the article.

- Agreed. 82.124.81.25 may be confusing Georges Doriot with the pro-Nazi politician Jacques Doriot, an entirely different person. 72.89.67.4 (talk) 01:22, 20 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Creating an External Links Section
Hello folks, I read the talk page guidelines so I think I have a decent handle on the rules and regulations. But since this is my first post to Wikipedia please forgive me if I violate some rule of etiquette that I wasn't aware of.
I would like to propose creating an "External Links" section on the page for Georges Doriot with two links. One would link to his registry of papers at the Library of Congress. And the second would link to the Amazon.com page of Creative Capital: Georges Doriot and the Birth of Venture Capital, the first full-length biography of Doriot, to be published by Harvard Business School Press in April 2008.
