Talk:George Swinburne

Not sure exactly why this article has been tagged with the tone tag. It came straight from the Dictionary of Australian Biography site. Diverman 11:31, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Need verification
I don't see any references cited in this article as required by the WP:VERIFY policy. I've tagged one claim, that Swinburne attended the Royal Grammar School, Newcastle with the {{fact}} tag, because that page has a list of former students, and the informal policy there is that the attendance at the RGS must be documented on the person's biography page. However, the article obviously needs more references than just that.
- All facts can be verified from the source listed in the Reference section (the Dictionary of Australian Biography) or from the other link listed at Australian Dictionary of Biography. There should not be a need for a citation for every separate fact listed in the article. The article is also clearly tagged with the Ausbio template saying it incorporates text from the Dictionary of Australian Biography. Diverman 01:54, 16 August 2006 (UTC)
