[edit] Father out of will

The article says that Sunderland is now the heir to Blenheim. My understanding is that the Marquess of Blandford was stripped of his right to inherit his father's wealth. I thought that, by law, the Marquess can't be deprived of Blenheim and other properties when the Duke dies. Which is true? PeterSymonds | talk 19:45, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
