[edit] Last Soldier Killed

I have read that, as a result of the Armistice not being made known to all front-line troops immediately before or after taking effect, there were actually fatalities after 11:00 AM, and thus he was only symbolically, not actually, the last casualty. Does anyone know anything else about this? Eran of Arcadia (talk) 15:46, 14 February 2008 (UTC)

There would have been people killed after 11:00am, but the War had already ended. So technically, he was the last one to be killed during the war, if that makes sense? Futuremyst (talk) 10:24, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
